It all started with a grandparent’s concern—

A little girl, just 2.5 years old, completely glued to the screen. Well, believe it or not, she was learning so much from it!

We were amazed. One day, as the car stopped at a signal, she confidently told our driver, “Uncle, red means stop, amber means get ready, green means go… now go!” We were awestruck! Then, she started talking about momentum, explaining how it wasn’t getting created because the swing wasn’t being pushed far enough. She spoke about Vitamin D, correcting us: “That vitamin is important for us to absorb, and we get it from the sun.” And if that wasn’t enough, she even corrected our pronunciation of “Monopoly” with absolute confidence.

We were happy. Screen time seemed like a blessing.

Until we realized… this blessing was turning into an addiction.

At first, it felt like a relief—give her a phone, and she wouldn’t disturb us. But then we saw the shift… she stopped playing, stopped exploring, stopped looking around.

And that’s when it hit us.

As a personality development strategists working with children worldwide, we had been hearing the same concerns from parents everywhere:
